San Francisco Tea Gardens

My 6th painting in my painting class.  Used a photo I'd taken at the Japanese Tea Gardens in San Francisco, CA a few years ago.  Many 'Crap Fairies' were born while painting that pagoda!!  Many times I suggested improvement by slashing (the canvas.  with a razor), but teacher and classmates encouraged me to continue....and it ended up not bad!  XD

One thing I've learned is that at this stage of the game, I'm better off transferring ALL the details I want WHERE I want right at he beginning when I'm doing a building so structured and ornate.  Would have saved a lot of frustration later on!
